We love capturing your memories — and we want to make sure they’re used the right way. Some digital files include personal print rights, and some don’t. It depends on the type of session and pricing.

• Applies to: Portrait Sessions, Schools, Childcare, Private Events.
• Includes personal printing at home or labs.
• Includes personal social media sharing.
• Includes backup for personal use.
• Optional credit: “Photo by @BrightMindsPhotography”.
These are our regular-priced digitals and come with full print rights.
Discounted Digital Files
Discounted Digital Files — $5–$10 Per Image (No Print Rights)
• Applies to large events (festivals, competitions, public events) where we offer digital downloads at special discounted prices.
• Includes personal digital use only (viewing, saving, sharing online).
• ❌ No permission to print or make physical copies.
• To receive physical prints, you must order directly through us.
Because these digitals are priced significantly lower ($5–$10), print rights are not included.

• Edit heavily or change the image style.
• Reproduce, resell, or distribute.
• Use images for commercial or promotional purposes without a license.
