By using our website and booking services with Bright Minds Photography, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide professional photography services for weddings, quinceañeras, and events. Details like pricing, packages, and deliverables will be confirmed in your specific contract or invoice.

Booking & Payment

• A retainer fee may be required to secure your date. This is non-refundable but will be applied to your total balance.

• Remaining balances are due as outlined in your agreement.

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. We’ll do our best to accommodate.

• Cancellations may result in forfeiture of your retainer fee.

Image Delivery & Usage

• We aim to deliver your final gallery within the agreed timeline (often 3-5 weeks for weddings and events).

• Bright Minds Photography retains the copyright to all images. Clients receive a usage license for personal use.

• We may use select images for our portfolio, website, or social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

We will always strive to capture your event beautifully. However, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control (weather, venue restrictions, etc.). Our liability is limited to refunding amounts paid if we are unable to deliver agreed services.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
